How do I change or cancel my order?

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, you can start the process by filling out our Contact Us form. For fastest results, have your order number ready.

When will my order ship?

  • IN-STOCK PRODUCTS: Your merchandise order will typically ship within 1-5 business days from our office in Cedar Hill, Texas. Your order will be shipped by UPS ground or USPS and you will receive an email notification.
  • EVENT-SPECIFIC PRODUCTS: We collect these event orders for on-demand production and shipment, so it takes a little longer than in-stock products. If you placed an order at your event, please expect 3-5 weeks for production and shipment. If you purchased an event-specific product online, please expect 3-5 weeks for production and shipment.
  • UNITED SOUND PRODUCTS: United Sound products are estimated to ship in 3-4 weeks. Please refer to the product's page for any questions as most can be answered in the product description. 
  • FLASH SALE: Flash sale products will always have an expected ship date on the product page. Items typically ship 7 business days after the close of the flash sale.

How are shipping charges determined?

  • Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on real-time USPS or UPS rates, depending on which ship method you choose.
  • Saturday and Sunday are not recognized as business days according to USPS and UPS guidelines.
  • International orders will ship via USPS International service.

PAYMENT FOR MY ORDER

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

  • Online stores currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards.
  • PepWear does not accept checks or purchase orders online.

Purchasing with a PO or need a Quote?

  • If you need a quote for any product online and plan to pay with a PO, please email us your requested order with a copy of your PO. 
  • If you are ALSO tax exempt, please include a copy of your tax exempt form. This will speed up any process of getting your order in our system.
  • You can email ALL forms to customerservice@pepwear.com.

Is my purchase secure?

  • Yes, shopping online with PepWear is safe and easy. The security of your personal information is our top priority. Our site is equipped with secure online ordering capability. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software for secure e-commerce transactions. This technology encrypts all of your information, including credit card number, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet, nor by any team member at PepWear.

TAX ON MY ORDER

Is there sales tax on my purchase?

  • Sales tax will be collected on applicable orders based on your shipping destination zip code.
  • Tax rates are subject to change at any time and we use a third-party service to update sales tax rates in real time.

Is there tax on shipping?

  • Shipping fees will be taxed on applicable orders based on your shipping destination.
  • Tax rates are subject to change at any time.

Tax-Exempt?

  • If you are tax-exempt, you will need to email us your tax-exempt form. Once we receive your tax-exempt form, we will create an account associated with the email provided. If you already have an account, we will update your account to be tax-exempt.

  • If you place an order before us creating your account to be tax-exempt, we will need to cancel your order and have you create a new order so the taxes are removed. We will not refund the tax amount.

RETURN POLICY

What is the return policy?

We have a 30-Day Return Policy and our goal is to make your return simple and easy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we want to fix it. Once the 30 days has past we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Please follow the guidelines below for your return:

  • If you are returning your order, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in it's original packaging.
  • In order to process a return, we will need your order number and a copy of your receipt. Please do not ship your product back unless the return has been approved.
  • Product may be returned by the shipping method of your choice, at your expense.
  • For best results, choose a ship method with tracking information.
  • PepWear is not responsible for lost returns.

What if my item is defective or damaged?

  • If you find your product to be defective or damaged, we will pay the cost of return shipping.
  • Simply email us through the Contact Us form to request a return shipping label.
  • PepWear will issue a prepaid shipping label through email for the return.
  • If you choose to use your own shipping method, we cannot reimburse your shipping cost.

What if I want to exchange a size or product?

  • On most occasions custom orders are not available for exchanges. Please make sure to check the description of the product before requesting an exchange or return. 
  • If you need to make an exchange, reach out through the Contact Us form to get started.
